Responsibilities

• Provide high quality support and care to vulnerable residents, enabling them to maximise their remaining independence, quality of life, choice and control within a safe and respectful environment with varied activities.
• Assist the supervisor in liaising with multidisciplinary professionals.
• Actively and constructively participate in the wider team to promote a positive working environment for residents.
• Support building relationships and integration across the wider community and partners to enhance activities and improve care.

Qualifications and Requirements

All candidates must hold an Enhanced DBS Check with an adults Barred List check as required for working with adults in a regulated activity.

Applicants must not be barred from working in regulated activities with adults.
