We are looking for the right person to fill our front of house role.
Primarily, the role is for maternity cover, with potential to convert to a permanent role as we expand.
Peacock Dental Spa is an award winning private dental practice in Loughborough town centre.
Alongside the usual treatments expected of a high-end dental practice, we provide complimentary 'comforts' to our patients to make their experience a pleasant one.
As front of house, you will be responsible for appointment administration, handling payments and collating pre- and post-appointment documentation.
You will be taking the of treatment coordinator where you will liaise with the dentist and the patient to provide the patient with the best solution for them.
The successful candidate must be computer literate.
Phone skills and sales training are desirable.
All candidates must complete the skills test (minimum level 'Familiar') and send us a 30-60s video of yourself explaining who you are, why you would be suited to the role.
