The role of Team Vicar-Mission Enabler in the Isle of Ely Villages Benefice is a significant part-time post, caring for the people and growing the mission of these parishes in the Deanery of Ely.

These villages have been working together as part of deanery planning and look forward to working with a new Team Rector & Team Vicar who will help them to develop this further and flourish in their distinctive mission and ministries.

You will be supported in your role by a wealth of ordained and lay colleagues from the benefice and the wider deanery and cathedral and diocesan community. Our new diocesan office sits within this benefice creating a nerve centre of central support. Deanery chapter is a warm and resourceful place. There are oases of spiritual sustenance throughout the Deanery and Diocese.

We are excited to invite applications for this unique and creative post. It offers an exceptional opportunity for a priest with gifts in ministry and mission development. You will help shape the culture of a new benefice spanning 11 villages at the heart of our diocese, close to the Cathedral City of Ely.

We seek a priest, however new to or experienced in ministry, who is:

* Self-starting, resilient, courageous & hospitable.
