CTS is growing, and we’re looking for a Legionella Compliance Technician. Location: Various Sites Across Northern Ireland. Contract: Full-time | Permanent | 40 hours per week. Salary: £25,500 per annum.
At CTS, part of the HSL Compliance Group, we’re setting the standard in water safety and compliance. This is a hands-on role where you’ll help safeguard water systems across Ireland on a variety of client sites including healthcare, education, and commercial buildings.

Context
This is a full-time, permanent position offering the opportunity to work on a variety of client sites including healthcare, education, and commercial buildings. You’ll carry out vital inspections, temperature checks, asset cleans, and sample collections in accordance with ACoP L8 and HSG274 guidelines, recorded via CompliApp, our digital reporting tool. Every site is different, and no two days are the same — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mobile role with real-world impact.

Key Responsibilities
* Carry out temperature checks on outlets, calorifiers, and storage tanks
* Inspect, clean, and maintain water system assets (e.g. showers, TMVs, tanks)
* Perform flushing, sampling, and basic remedial tasks
* Record all work accurately on CompliApp
* Liaise professionally with clients and tenants while on-site
* Ensure all work is done safely and in line with ACoP L8, HSG274, and internal procedures
* Adhere to RAMS and report any hazards, defects, or issues promptly
