Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming mainstream secondary school in Bromley. This full-time, long-term role starts immediately and will run until the end of the academic year.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll support students-particularly those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)-in the classroom and through one-to-one or small-group sessions. You'll play a vital role in helping students stay engaged, confident, and making progress.
We're Looking For
1. Experience working with children or young people
2. A valid DBS on the Update Service
3. Experience or a strong interest in supporting SEND
4. A patient, adaptable, and confident approach in the classroom
