Lead, motivate, and develop a team to meet sales and service objectives
Deliver exceptional customer service and improve customer conversion rates
Oversee daily operations ensuring efficient management of the centre
Manage stock control, stock deliveries, and asset maintenance in accordance with company standards
Ensure health and safety compliance across all operational activities
Maintain accurate customer and business data records as a Fast Fit Centre Manager
Drive centre profitability through active operational and sales management
Foster a positive team environment and promote staff developmentRequirements:
Proven experience as a Centre Manager or Assistant Manager within the automotive sector
Strong background in sales, customer service, and team management
Technical or mechanical automotive knowledge
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of current Health & Safety legislation relevant to automotive settings
