Hours: 30 hours/week (Monday-Friday, 9:00am-3:30pm, term time only)
Pay Scale: Scale 2, Points 3-4

About the Role
This Primary School is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their inclusive and creative team. This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils across Early Years, KS1, and KS2 in a nurturing environment that values teamwork, innovation, and child-centred learning.
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide tailored support to pupils with SEND, ensuring access to learning and emotional wellbeing
*Assist in planning and delivering engaging activities aligned with the curriculum and individual needs
*Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to maintain a positive and productive classroom environment
*Foster strong relationships with children, staff, and parents to promote a culture of trust and inclusion
*Contribute to the wider life of the school through creative input and team initiatives
What We're Looking For:
*Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
*Proven experience working with or caring for children with SEN
*Strong literacy and numeracy skills
*A proactive, energetic attitude and willingness to embrace challenge
*Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work constructively within a team
*Commitment to ongoing professional development
