A well-regarded secondary school in Brentwood is looking for a talented teacher to join their team from September 2025. This full-time, permanent position is open to both Early Career Teachers and experienced educators.

Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver high-quality Geography lessons across KS3 and KS4.
* Foster a classroom culture of enquiry, discussion, and respect.
* Assess and monitor student progress to support achievement.
* Participate in curriculum development and enrichment opportunities.
* Create engaging, inclusive, and well-managed lessons for all learners.
* Support school events, trips, and wider departmental initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience:
* QTS and a degree in Geography or a closely related subject (essential).
* Suitable for Early Career Teachers and experienced professionals.
* Strong classroom management and communication skills.
* Passion for geography and inclusive, student-centred learning.
* Commitment to safeguarding and student welfare.
* Willingness to contribute to the wider life of the school.
