We’re looking for a Learning & Development Partner to act as the strategic L&D lead for an operational region within a leading healthcare provider. This is not a delivery-heavy trainer role — it’s a true partnering position, working at pace with senior operational and clinical leaders to shape capability, performance, and learning quality across complex services. The opportunity You’ll own and deliver a regionally aligned learning strategy, working closely with Regional Service Directors, Operations Directors, Quality and Clinical leaders to ensure learning activity is risk-based, future-focused, and genuinely improves outcomes.
