About the role
* Pure new business role with full ownership of the sales cycle
* Selling CX platforms and AI‑led transformation solutions into mid‑market and enterprise organisations
* Mix of outbound activity, SDR support and partner channels
* Running complex, multi‑threaded deals with senior stakeholders across tech, operations and leadership
* Focus on high‑value, strategic opportunities rather than transactional sales
* Expected to land multiple new logos annually while building a strong pipeline
* Proven new business AE with a consistent track record of hitting quota, someone who loves sourcing and developing business and selling latest AI solutions
* Experience selling SaaS or AI that improves customer experience in large scale organisations
* Experience driving pipeline and closing complex deals
* Comfortable operating in multi‑stakeholder, enterprise sales environments
* Commercially credible, able to articulate value at a senior level
* Driven, competitive and takes full ownership of performance
Package
* To £95,000 base salary DOE
* Uncapped commission (OTE ~110% of base)
* Hybrid – 1 day per week in Bristol office
* Strong earning potential with accelerators
