As a Senior Night Carer you will report to the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager of the home, being responsible for both the residents, staff and the home in their absence, you must be confident and have experience. Duties include being competent in administering and auditing medication, assisting with all aspects of person care, following, creating and evaluating individual person centred care plans and risk assessments, reading and recording daily notes including resident of the day.
As a Senior Night Carer you will form a partnership, and support and mentor carers, working with you.
You should have or be working to a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care and have at least 2 years experience working in a Senior role. As well as keeping up to date with annual training.
