Comfortable owning high-stakes relationships with external partners and presenting to senior leadership. What you'll own Digital strategy, ecosystem, and tech stack: define the long-term vision, partner strategy, and governance; provide clear recommendations to the operating board. End-to-end customer journey: optimise all digital touchpoints (website, booking system, wifi, email, social) to increase traffic, conversions, and spend per head. Digital communications: own web, CRM, social, and earned channels; ensure best-in-class communications and compliance (GDPR, cookies). Partnerships: manage relationships with key digital vendors (The Access Group, Toggle, Standrd, Rep, Sentiment Search, among others). Social and paid media: build and execute a focused paid media plan; maintain brand-safe, high-impact messaging. People and process: coach a team of subject-matter experts; cultivate a culture of ROI, experimentation, and continuous improvement. Measurement and reporting: deliver clear, actionable dashboards and reports on web, CRM, email, and bookings. CRM / Email: segment databases, automate journeys, improve guest communications, and report on performance. KPIs: demonstrate tangible improvements in traffic, conversions, email metrics, and bookings. Communication: weekly updates to the Sales & Marketing Director; strong planning, attention to detail, and a proactive, can-do attitude.
