Heart of England Cooperative Society is seeking a Team Leader to join our growing team at our Hockley Heath convenience store on a permanent 39-hour weekly contract.
About You
As a Team Leader, you will take on responsibilities supporting store operations and motivating the team. If you have leadership experience and a passion for convenience retail, this role is for you. You will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure store excellence and serve as a role model, embodying the Society’s values. Your focus will be on delivering excellent customer service and supporting community projects.
