Business Development Manager (SaaS | New Business)
📍 Nottingham (2–3 days per week)
đź’° ÂŁ60,000 base + ÂŁ35,000 OTE + ÂŁ5,700 car allowance
The Opportunity
We’re working with a leading provider of SaaS solutions within the rental and supply chain space, as they continue to scale their commercial team.
This is a pure new business role, focused on selling a SaaS-based rental management platform designed for the mid-market.
If you’re a hunter by nature, with a background in ERP, supply chain, or warehouse management software, and thrive in a full-cycle sales role, this is a great opportunity to own your pipeline and make a tangible impact on growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Driving new business revenue across the UK & EMEA (mix of inbound + self-generated)
* Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
* Running consultative discovery calls to understand customer needs
* Delivering tailored product demos and clearly articulating value
* Building and maintaining a strong pipeline and accurate forecasts
* Working closely with marketing on campaign-generated opportunities
* Presenting insights and updates in monthly sales meetings
What We’re Looking For (Must Have)
* Proven new business SaaS sales experience
* Background in ERP, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Management software
* Track record of hitting/exceeding revenue targets
* Strong experience managing a full end-to-end sales cycle
* Confident engaging stakeholders up to C-level
* Highly self-motivated with a proactive, hunter mentality
