The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the production process, ensuring that products are manufactured to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Responsibilities Operate and monitor machinery used in the production process. Assisting in the production or packing of all food products according to specifications and quality standards. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with company standards. Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations. Assist with the loading and unloading of materials as required. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Requirements Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is desirable. Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
