Head of Residential Sales

Our mission relies on a team full of inspiring, customer obsessed people, and we’re looking for a Head of Residential Sales to oversee all sales channels, including Desk Sales and Field Sales (both internal and external),taking full ownership of the net sales number, and driving growth while minimising cancellations.

If leading high-impact sales teams, owning ambitious growth targets, and building a data-driven sales machine gets you out of bed in the morning, and delivering consistent revenue growth, increasing ARPU, and seeing your team exceed targets puts a smile on your face, then we’d love to learn more about you.

Here’s why you’ll love this role…

* Provide strategic leadership across all sales channels: Desk Sales and Field Sales
* Take full ownership of net sales performance and develop strategies to drive revenue growth.
* Drive a high-performance sales culture through motivation, coaching, and structured performance management.
* Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure sales initiatives align with promotional campaigns.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.
* Leverage insights from customer feedback, competitor analysis, and market conditions to drive decision-making

* You will have extensive experience in a senior sales leadership role, ideally within telecommunications
* You will have a proven track record of managing and growing multi-channel sales operations
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
* Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking software, Salesforce.
