To support this next stage, the business is seeking an experienced Fractional Finance Director to provide both hands-on financial leadership in the short term and strategic capability-building over time. Working two days per week, this role offers the opportunity to make an immediate operational impact while shaping a sustainable in-house finance function for the future. The Role The Fractional Finance Director will act as a trusted adviser to the Managing Director and leadership team, while also rolling up their sleeves to ensure the finance function operates effectively day to day.
