Salary guide: £30,000 – £42,000 (DOE)

Location: Hybrid – Leicester HQ / WFH blend

We’re on the lookout for a bright, driven Account Manager or Senior Account Manager to join our growing team. If you’ve got a knack for building great client relationships, love delivering standout creative and digital work, and can juggle multiple projects like a pro, we’d love to hear from you.

And if you come with a solid grounding in digital marketing — particularly around channel strategy and campaign planning — that’s a definite bonus (although not essential). Many of our clients are actively using marketing automation platforms, running nurture programmes, and investing in paid social campaigns, so having a good working knowledge of how these pieces fit together would be a real advantage.

We’re Cite – a strategic creative agency that specialises in brand and digital. We work with some of the biggest B2B names in the UK, Europe and the US, helping them make sense of who they are and how they show up in the world.

Our thing? Untangling messy brands. We bring clarity, purpose, and creativity to brand positioning – and bring it all to life through bold ideas, clever campaigns, and digital experiences that connect.

Clients you might know include Knauf, DHL, Harvard University, Tata Steel, and LINK (yes, the one on your bank card).

What you’ll be doing

This is a hands-on, client-facing role, where you’ll be a key point of contact for our biggest accounts. Here’s what you’ll get stuck into:

* Building trusted, long-term relationships with clients
* Spotting opportunities to grow your accounts – and going after them
* Leading projects from kick-off through to delivery
* Writing proposals, planning resources, managing timings and budgets
* Briefing creative, digital, content and tech teams
* Working with our planners to craft campaigns that are insight-led and commercially smart
* Tracking performance and always looking for ways to optimise

What we’re looking for

You’ll also ideally bring:

* 5+ years' experience in an agency environment (brand, creative or digital)
* A track record of growing client accounts and delivering standout work
* Confidence in translating complex client challenges into smart briefs
* Brilliant communication skills – written, verbal and everything in between
* A calm head under pressure, with a bias for action
* Confidence with budgets, timelines and project management tools
* A natural ability to read people and build rapport fast

How we work

We’re hybrid – we mix up working from our Leicester HQ with remote working. We don’t count days in the office, but we value face time when it matters: onboarding, team meetings, project kick-offs, the odd pizza lunch.

To help you hit the ground running, we suggest 2-3 days a week in the office for the first few months.
