Were recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to join a high profile commercial development in the North West, working on high quality office fit out packages.
This role is ideal for a QS who enjoys being hands on, commercially driven and involved from early cost planning through to final accounts.
The Role:
* Cost planning, budgeting and reporting for office fit-out works
* Subcontract procurement and commercial management
* Valuations, variations and final accounts
* Supporting project teams to deliver on time and on budget
What Were Looking For:
* Proven QS experience within office fit-out / commercial interiors
* Strong commercial and negotiation skills
* Confident managing subcontractors and cost control
