Are you an experienced Stores Operative with a valid FLT Counterbalance certificate? Our client, a leading Fabrication Specialist based in Sandbach, Cheshire, is looking to recruit a Stores Operative to join their growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Picking and sorting steel parts in a busy fabrication environment.
2. Organising and managing stock within the stores area.
3. Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT) for material handling.
4. Ensuring all health and safety protocols are followed within the warehouse.
5. Maintaining accurate stock records and assisting in stock audits.
Requirements:
6. FLT Counterbalance certificate is a must.
7. Previous experience in a stores or warehouse role, preferably in a fabrication environment.
8. Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
10. Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Shift Patterns:
11. Monday to Thursday: 14:00 to 22:00
12. Friday: 12:00 to 18:00
Pay & Benefits:
13. Full-time, permanent position.
14. Assignment rate of £15.38ph
15. Monday to Friday working pattern.
