Job Description Summary
The UKI PCS Service Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing the service sales strategy and driving top-line growth for the PCS Service business in UKI. Customer-facing staff responsible for winning business. Impacts approaches, projects, and programs in the functional area or affected business organization and ways of working. Impacts quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of own team. Guided by commercial practices and policies that may be shaped by the role. Has significant control/influence over commercial priorities. There is moderate autonomy within the role to enter into/execute commercial arrangements. High levels of commercial judgment are required to achieve outcomes.

Responsibilities
* Manage overall PCS service sales revenue (contract and non-contract) to meet financial commitments.
* Lead and coach the PCS service % accessories sales team to deliver results and high engagement.
* Enable team growth and development, setting meaningful priorities.
* Cultivate a culture of GE Values, Integrity, and Teamwork.
* Ensure optimal sales coverage across regions with regular performance reviews.
* Achieve quarterly and yearly PCS Service sales & margin targets, including forecasting and planning.
* Collaborate with PCS equipment leads on developing value-added service offerings and upgrade strategies.
* Support market share growth in UKI PCS through collaboration with GMs and business opportunities.
* Facilitate effective communication within the organization.
* Create value-added contract offerings, drive profitability, and leverage Field Engineers to increase capture rate.
* Drive growth initiatives and explore new markets.
* Use industry knowledge to gain competitive advantage.
* Build long-term customer relationships and lead customer interface strategies.
* Negotiate national account service agreements.
* Lead and develop local account community teams.
* Recruit and develop top talent leaders.
* Implement NPI’s to enhance service and accessories presence.
* Develop training and e-commerce platforms for market strategies.
* Manage pricing to maintain margins while delivering value.
Qualifications
* Extensive successful sales leadership experience.
* Significant healthcare industry experience.
* Structured and strategic thinking skills.
* Ability to influence senior management.
* Strong compliance orientation.
* Willingness to travel.
* Leadership of large, multicultural teams.
* Experience in healthcare markets.
* Understanding of GE Healthcare services or service sales experience.
