Position Overview
As a Senior Hydraulic Draftsperson and 3D BIM Modeller, you will take a lead role in the drafting, coordination, and delivery of hydraulic services documents across a diverse range of building projects. You will serve as a key part of the team, working with Design Engineers to create detailed and accurate services documents while ensuring design quality, consistency, and compliance across all project phases.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the hydraulic documentation process for projects from concept through to construction.
Create detailed 2D and 3D CAD documents for hydraulic services designs from pen or PDF markups, starting with basic documents for concept stages through to coordinated and accurate designs for construction.
Coordinate closely with the internal team of designers, engineers, administrators, and other members of the drafting team to ensure that projects are completed to a high standard and by the required deadlines.
Review consultant and client markups, providing feedback and input on changes and inefficiencies.
Candidate Profile
Proficiency in engineering drafting using CAD software
AutoCAD and REVIT experience greatly valued.
Experience in building services drafting within Australia.
Eye for detail and commitment to keeping a high standard of work.
Enthusiasm for a unique career opportunity.
