Location: West Bridgford, Nottingham (Hybrid: Office TuesdayThursday, home working Monday & Friday, with potential for an additional home day after probation)
Salary: Dependent on experience

Key Responsibilities
:
Processing authority letters and gathering financial data for new clients and annual reviews
Preparing application forms, client documentation, and financial reports
Processing financial transactions on investment platforms (sales, fund switches, withdrawals)
Preparing client reviews, updating goals, and coordinating review meetings
Managing incoming post, emails, and client correspondence
Providing administrative support to financial planners and paraplanners
Assisting clients with administrative queries and ensuring excellent service delivery
Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the client experience
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
:
Minimum 2 years experience in a financial planning administration role (essential)
Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
A positive, proactive, and client-focused approach
Confident use of CRM systems, project management tools, and investment platforms
Solid understanding of financial transactions and administration processes
Financial administration qualifications (desirable but not essential)
