Learning Support Assistant – 1:1 SEN Support Location: Keynsham | Primary School Setting Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm Start Date: As Soon As Possible We are currently recruiting a committed and compassionate Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work on a 1:1 basis with a pupil with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a primary school in Keynsham. This is an excellent opportunity to support a child in accessing education in a way that is meaningful and engaging for them. Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 support for a pupil with ASD throughout the school day. Assist in delivering personalised learning and emotional support. Work collaboratively with the class teacher and SENCO to follow the pupil’s support plan. Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Candidate Requirements: Experience working with children with SEN, especially Autism Spectrum Disorder (desirable). A calm, patient, and empathetic approach.
