Commercial Property Solicitor – 3+ PQE
Salary: £65,000 - £85,000
Essex (Location Flexible, Hybrid working)
A multi-office firm with offices across the Essex area are looking to bolster their Top Tier Legal 500 Commercial Property team with two well qualified Solicitor (3+ PQE and 5+ PQE). The firm is well-established with over 40 years experience with a diverse client base in sectors including banking, pension providers, investing, insolvency, agriculture, charities, fisheries, and education. This team regularly handles acquisitions, disposals, landlord & tenant matters, property finance, and investment structuring, leases, re-financing and development projects.

An ideal candidate will be ambitious and positive about personal progression and business development, in order to support the continued growth of the team and greater firm.
Responsibilities:
* Conducting high quality commercial property matters from initiation to conclusion, representing buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, lenders, borrowers and developers.
* Assisting with the management of junior legal professionals.
* Contribute meaningfully to significant matters alongside senior Partners.
* Dealing directly with clients and maintaining the highest standard of care, taking instructions and ensuring full compliance.
* Input and assist with the development of the department and consistent growth of the firm.
Skills and Experience:
* UK qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 PQE and experience within a reputable firm.
* Experience within a strong property team dealing with commercial property and real estate matters.
* Proven experience of managing matters with minimal supervision and the ability to assist senior solicitors with complex matters.
* Strong interpersonal skills interacting with clients and colleagues.
* A passionate personality with an enthusiasm for personal and team development.
