Overview
Perform building fabric activities such as patch repairs, minor plumbing, carpentry, painting, and decorating to the highest service standards.
Responsibilities
* Adhere to high levels of health and safety and statutory requirements.
* Conduct regular monitoring and inspection procedures for all equipment as part of the preventative maintenance program.
* Answer queries, report defects, and keep clients informed of site activities during service visits.
Qualifications & Requirements

* Full current driving licence.
* IT literacy for record keeping.
* Good customer service skills.
* Physical ability to carry out the duties detailed in the job description.
* Highly self-motivated and solutions-focused.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Background in facilities or mobile maintenance, construction sector, or similar.
* Qualified to Level 2/3 City and Guilds.
