About the Role
The Stock Manager supports the growth of our online business and ensures customers receive an excellent online experience and customer service. You will lead and inspire a team to achieve performance targets, manage returns and refunds, and prepare stock for fulfilment of online orders.
Responsibilities
* Support the Store management team in back‑of‑house areas and communicate effectively with the Store Manager.
* Manage a team to deliver accurate stock processes in an operationally efficient, safe environment where targets are met.
* Create an atmosphere that supports, motivates and inspires the team to perform at their best.
* Demonstrate a hands‑on approach to all commercial and operational activities, adapting to change and working alongside the team.
* Ensure communication is up‑to‑date and accurate at all times to meet business needs.
