A welcoming and well-established nursery in Wokingham is seeking a passionate and experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join their dedicated team as soon as possible.

Responsibilities as an Early Years Practitioner:
* Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
* Observe, monitor, and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
* Support children's emotional, social, and cognitive development through structured and play-based learning
* Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and child welfare
* Build strong relationships with colleagues and parents to support each child's development
What you need to be an Early Years Practitioner:
* Level 3 qualification in Early Years (essential)
* Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
* Previous experience working with young children
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Sound knowledge of safeguarding and child protection
