Express Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a well-established care group who currently require an experienced Receptionist and Administrator on an interim basis. The successful candidate will be working alongside a warm team who commit to providing a high standard of customer service.

Salary: up to £13.50 per hour DOE
Hours: Monday – Friday, full time
Duration: Temporary ongoing
Responsibilities:
* Act as first point of contact for patients and families
* Liaise with families over telephone and email
* Answer telephone calls and take detailed messages
* Update database with relevant information
* Use MS Office to create letters and documents
Requirements:
* Enhanced DBS Essential
* Previous receptionist/front of house experience
* Competent IT skills including MS Office
* Professional telephone manner
