The Role
We're looking for an experienced Clinic Manager to lead our team and oversee the day-to-day running of the practice. This is a hands-on role where you'll help maintain our friendly, patient-first culture while driving growth and operational standards.
You'll be supported by our Director of Clinic Support (DOCS) and Envisage's "Three-Legged Stool" model, which focuses on team engagement, patient experience, safety, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team
* Ensure smooth daily operations, compliance, and efficient scheduling
* Manage KPIs, P&L, and local marketing to support growth
* Enhance patient satisfaction and maintain excellent safety standards
About You
* At least 2 years' management experience in the dental industry
* Confident with KPI and P&L management
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused
