About The Role
Hospitality Manager – York & Leeds
Award-winning care home provider Yorkare Homes is seeking an experienced and passionate Hospitality Manager to lead and deliver exceptional catering services across our homes in York and Leeds.
In this key role, you will inspire and support dedicated kitchen teams in each home, ensuring residents enjoy the highest possible standard of dining experience every day.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Leading, motivating, and managing kitchen teams across multiple homes
2. Driving continuous improvement in food quality, service, and presentation
3. Conducting Hospitality audits on a quarterly basis
4. Training and developing Chefs and Kitchen Assistants
5. Providing chef holiday cover when required
6. creating engaging, nutritious menus
7. Managing suppliers and overseeing ordering processes
8. Budget management
About you:
9. Proven catering experience
10. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
11. A proactive, hands-on, and passionate approach
12. Knowledge of specialised diets, or a willingness to learn
A valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle are required.

Hours of work – 40 hours per week (occasional weekend working required)
