🧪 What You'll Be Doing:
* 👩 🔬 Lead daily Microbiology Lab operations, ensuring safety and compliance
* 📋 Plan and allocate testing tasks to lab analysts for raw materials, bulk/packaged products & environmental monitoring
* 🤝 Support QA & QC activities for third-party contract manufacturing
* 🧠 Lead quality investigations, including OOS root cause analysis
* 📝 Review & approve microbiological procedures, SOPs, specifications, and compendial updates
* 🛡️ Advise on contamination control strategies and system design improvements
* 💬 Share best practices by attending training & recommending improvements
* 🔍 Represent Microbiology in external and internal audits/inspections
* 🌍 Maintain compliance with global regulatory standards in environmental testing
* 🧑 ⚕️ Assist with hiring & developing future Microbiology talent
