Offer description

Ensure the smooth running of daily activities at the London GIC office to keep the workplace safe, comfortable, and productive. Duties cover managing the office, overseeing Health and Safety, handling reception tasks, assisting Territory Managers and EAs with administrative work, and taking on various ad hoc responsibilities as required.

Please note, this role is a part-time role, split across 5 days a week (Monday-Friday). It will require the successful candidate to work on-site.


What you’ll be doing:

* Maintain adequate office supplies, including food and drink, and manage reordering and distribution.
* Serve as the primary contact for maintenance issues; report, monitor, and follow up as necessary.
* Keep the office tidy, including kitchen and meeting rooms.
* Cover reception and greet guests or couriers.
* Provide administrative support to Territory Managers, such as travel booking.
* Organise office events and senior meetings, including travel and support at other London sites (e.g., Abbey Road, Islington).
* Assist EAs as needed, including couriering parcels.


What you’ll need:

* Demonstrates excellent communication skills and collaborates effectively with all stakeholders
* Adapts to shifting priorities and manages multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Exceptionally organised, with the ability to quickly assess requirements and deliver results promptly
* Strong experience and knowledge of IT systems, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
