The UHSussex patient experience team is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our complaint resolution service.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing NHS complaints through to resolution and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to formulate complex complaint responses to high standards.
This role involves working closely with clinical divisions to ensure timely clinical and operational contributions, leading to positive patient experiences and effective resolution of concerns.
We are looking for someone eager to develop their career in complaint handling and patient experience, contributing their skills and experience to our team.
The role involves working as part of the Trust-wide complaints team to ensure complaints are responded to efficiently, compassionately, and collaboratively, with a focus on learning and maintaining high standards of responsiveness and quality.
