Innovation Project Manager
Hybrid – Berkshire
£40,000 - £48,000 DOE
Are you ready to take the lead on delivering exciting new product initiatives that shape the future of a household name in the FMCG space?
We’re working in partnership with a globally recognised consumer goods brand that continues to invest in growth and innovation across its extensive portfolio. As the business expands its NPD and innovation capabilities, a new opportunity has arisen for a driven and detail-focused Innovation Project Manager to join the team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in turning product concepts into commercial success stories—managing projects from initial scoping right through to post-launch review.
What you’ll be doing:
* Take ownership of multiple cross-functional initiatives, ensuring clear scope, strong planning and timely execution.
* Coordinate with a wide range of internal stakeholders, maintaining alignment across departments.
* Identify and resolve project roadblocks, proactively recommending adjustments to keep things moving.
* Facilitate project evaluations and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
* Oversee documentation, ensuring all key materials are clear, accurate and fit-for-purpose.
* About you:
o Experienced in managing product-focused projects within a fast-paced FMCG or consumer goods environment.
o Commercially aware and highly organised, with a keen eye for process and delivery.
o A confident communicator who builds strong relationships across functions.
o Resilient, adaptable, and motivated by bringing new ideas to market.
