What You'll be doing:
You'll be the site's competent Gas Responsible Person, ensuring the safe operation, maintenance, inspection, and management of natural gas and mechanical systems across the estate. You will conduct planned preventative maintenance, inspections, and servicing of commercial gas systems, diagnose faults, carry out repairs, and ensure systems are returned to safe operation promptly.
You'll Have:
Experience with maintaining and updating the site Gas Safety Case (GSMP), asset registers, and compliance documentation.
Training and appointment as Gas Responsible Person (GRP) or Authorised Person (Gas) under JSP 375 (or willingness to undertake training) and a Full driving licence.
About you:
You'll be commercial gas safe registered and have experience with providing technical assurance, statutory compliance, and safe systems of work for all gas and PSSR related activities.
