THE JOB
Working within the busy Developer Valuation team, the successful applicant will manage their own caseload in an exemplary manner, following best practices and SLAs set within the department.
Known internally as the Valuation Support Consultant, the Customer Service Assistant is responsible for calling new referrals within the SLA and booking agent valuations. You will manage your own task list, prioritising to ensure urgent bookings are actioned first.
A strong focus on targets, customer service, and overall performance is essential, as is a team-oriented mindset.

Actual gross salary based on 15 hours per week: £9,560.43 + quarterly bonus totaling £10,360.43 OTE
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
This role involves being the first point of contact for our customers, leaving them with an excellent first impression.
You will collaborate with the wider Valuation team and liaise with estate agents, handling calls and booking valuation appointments.
You should be confident, friendly, and professional on the phone, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
