Commercial Solicitor, NQ+ years PQE, Warrington, To c£65,000, National Law Firm – A new opportunity for an experienced Commercial Solicitor to join an impressive team in Warrington.
• Applications are sought from Commercial Solicitors with up to around 4 years PQE gained with another leading law firm.
• You will be responsible for advising on the full range of commercial and contract matters for clients across the private and public sectors.
• You will draft contractual terms and conditions and work on innovative contracting models including joint ventures, alliance agreements, and collaboration arrangements.
