£50 - 70k Dependant on experience
The Role
* Commercial management of several live groundworks / civil engineering projects
* Full responsibility for valuations, variations, cost reporting, and final accounts
* Leading commercial and contractual discussions with senior clients
* Supporting project teams with commercial strategy and risk management
* Working closely with senior management to drive project profitability
The Candidate
* Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within groundworks and/or civil engineering
* Comfortable managing multiple projects concurrently
* Strong commercial awareness and solid contractual knowledge
* Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline (preferred)
* Confident communicator with a professional, client-facing approach
