An exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator has arisen to join a vibrant team. Working in a fast paced and busy manufacturing environment. Responsible for processing high volume and complex sales orders, purchase order processing, stock management and customer service.
Job Description
* Process sales orders and raise purchase orders, ensuring exceptionally customer service at all times.
* Raise sales invoices.
* Take control of stock management: check stock availability, levels and conduct stock takes.
* Liaise with suppliers and transport companies to ensure timely delivery of all orders.
* Arrange transport and provide general customer service and admin support.
Candidate Requirements
* Previous experience within Sales Order Processing, Logistics Administration or Sales Administration, Sales Support, Customer Coordination or a similar role.
* Exceptional customer service skills.
* Experience using SAP is ideal but not essential.
* Strong work ethic with an eagerness to learn.
* Proficient use of Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
* Highly organised.
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
This role is commutable from: Stone, Stafford, Hixon, Longton, Newcastle under Lyme, Stoke on Trent, Uttoxeter, Leek and surrounding areas.
Working Hours
Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Salary
£24,000 Per Annum + Bonus
