A little bit about the role?
* Lead, manage, and motivate a Team of Sales Executives to achieve/exceed sales targets.
* Alongside the General Sales Manager, plan and implement promotional activities and campaigns to ensure KPIs and sales targets are met.
* Monitor and manage stock.
* Lead management, increasing CRM and defining sales processes.
* Ensure the proper and accurate use of all business systems throughout the team.
* Maintain your own product knowledge and stay aware of competitor activity.

* A proven track record of sales team management experience within a similar brand.
* In-depth knowledge of the used car market and stock management.
* Result and target-driven mindset.
* The ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders and build long-lasting relationships.
* The ability to guide, coach, and motivate your team daily.
