Do you have 1+ years experience in admin and looking to learn new skills?
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrator to join a supportive and growing team of five. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, spreadsheets, and suppliers, and who takes pride in keeping information accurate and up to date.
Working closely with the wider team, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day administrative and financial tasks, including:
1. Maintaining and updating Excel spreadsheets
2. Carrying out reconciliations and checking data accuracy
3. Speaking with suppliers via phone and email to resolve queries
4. Inputting and updating product costings
5. Utilising internal systems, both ERPs and product systems
6. General administrative support to the team as required
We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and comfortable working with data. Ideally, you will have:
7. Strong Excel skills (including formulas and spreadsheets)
8. Excellent attention to detail
9. Confidence in communicating with suppliers and colleagues
10. Good organisational and time management skills
11. Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role
