We are looking for a Recruitment / Resourcing Business Partner to assist with day-to-day recruitment activities for an initial contract of 12 months. Duties: Advertise vacancies and manage job postings and closing dates. Review applications, carry out shortlisting, and keep recruitment systems up to date. Schedule interviews and provide feedback to candidates. Build relationships with internal teams and external contacts. Work with hiring managers to understand role requirements and record job briefings. Attend job fairs to promote the employer brand and attract candidates. Serve as a key contact for candidates throughout the process. Guide to hiring managers on recruitment best practices. Complete admin tasks in the applicant tracking system. Manage on boarding to ensure all steps are completed before new recruits start. Assist the wider HR team with general admin support. Skills Experience in recruitment role agency or internal Confident using Microsoft Office Strong organisational and time-management skills Self-motivated, proactive, and a strong team player Clear communicator with strong customer service skills Open to learning and taking on new tasks.
