The Role
My client is looking for a motivated and client-focused Professional Services Consultant to join their growing team. This fully remote position offers the chance to work closely with customers, deliver impactful solutions, and contribute directly to client success.
You will serve as a trusted partner to customers, ensuring solutions are delivered effectively and aligned with their business goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide professional services across customer implementation, onboarding, and optimisation initiatives
* Act as the primary technical and functional contact throughout project delivery
* Collaborate with internal teams to achieve successful customer outcomes
* Capture customer requirements and convert them into effective, practical solutions
* Deliver training sessions, documentation, and knowledge transfer as required
* Manage multiple projects and priorities within a fast-paced remote setting
* Identify opportunities to enhance services and drive customer growth
* Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and communication
Key Requirements
* Previous experience in Professional Services, Consultancy, Implementation, or Technical Consulting
* Strong customer-facing experience with effective stakeholder management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented approach
* Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
* Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new systems
