Recruitment Manager – Manchester
Salary: Up to £55,000 + Company Car + Bonus
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead and grow their newly established Manchester branch. This is a standout opportunity for a proven manager who knows the Manchester market and is ready to take ownership of a branch with real growth potential.
This role offers a clear progression path into a Regional Manager position, with the opportunity to play a key part in opening and scaling additional branches across the region.
Key Responsibilities:

Leading the day-to-day operations of the Manchester branch

Driving business development and building strong client relationships across the local market
*
Managing, mentoring, and developing a team of recruiters
*
Creating and executing a strategy to grow the branch revenue and performance
*
Identifying new market opportunities and expanding the client base
*
Ensuring high standards of candidate delivery and service
*
Monitoring KPIs, performance, and overall branch success
*
Playing a key role in future expansion plans, including opening new branches
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or Senior Consultant ready to step up
*
Strong knowledge of the Manchester recruitment market (essential)
*
Demonstrable track record of billing and team management
*
Strong business development skills and commercial awareness
*
Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and grow a team
*
Ambition to progress into a Regional Manager role
