This exciting role offers the chance to inspire creativity and provide support to both staff and students in their artistic endeavours.Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare and organise materials, tools, and equipment for art lessons, workshops, and activities.
2. Manage and maintain art supplies, ensuring the inventory is well-stocked and ready for use.
3. Assist students during lessons, providing practical support with techniques, tools, and materials.
4. Set up and arrange displays for student artwork, exhibitions, and school events.
5. Ensure the art studios and resources are clean, organised, andply with health and safety standards.
6. Provide administrative support to the art department, including managing orders and keeping records up to date.
Requirements
7. Knowledge and experience of art materials, tools, and techniques.
8. Previous experience in a similar role within an educational setting.
9. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
10. Goodmunication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with staff and students.
11. A proactive and enthusiastic attitude with a passion for art and education.
12. Familiarity with health and safety regulations relevant to art environments.
