FAMILY JUNIOR PARALEGAL (FTC) 1+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE, WORCESTERSHIRE, £24,000 - £26,000. A fixed-term contract opportunity for an experienced junior paralegal supporting the family department with administrative and secretarial duties. JOB REF: 2474

\n• Providing full administrative and secretarial support to fee earners, including diary management, arranging meetings and appointments, and dealing with routine client correspondence and enquiries
\n• Handling initial client enquiries and setting up new matters, ensuring full onboarding, ID checks and compliance with anti-money laundering requirements
\n• Producing documents through audio and copy typing, as well as printing and processing work accurately and efficiently
\n• Managing files throughout their lifecycle, including opening new files, scanning and e-filing documents on the Case Management System, maintaining paper files, and overseeing file closure and archiving
\n• Supporting the billing process by preparing monthly invoices, requesting and recording payments, liaising with the Accounts Team, and chasing outstanding balances
\n• Acting as a key point of contact for clients, both in person and by telephone, and liaising with third parties such as Counsel, Courts, experts and other solicitors
