As a Young Professionals Liaison, you will play a pivotal role throughout the learner journey, working closely with both staff and students.
Responsibilities
* Sourcing work experience and industry placements for students, primarily in the creative areas.
* Cultivating new employer and industry contacts while nurturing relationships with existing partners.
* Articulating the benefits of offering work and industry placements to Harlow College learners to potential employers.
* Maintaining accurate records through a state-of-the-art work placement software platform.
* Providing general support to the wider Work Placement Team, including assisting with T Level placements and other curriculum areas when required.
What We Are Looking For
* Proven track record of successfully engaging and developing relationships with employers, clients, or customers.
* Experience in a customer service or client-centred environment with excellent telephone skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a willingness to forge new contacts.
* Experience in using technology, along with a willingness to understand new technology.
* Ability to problem-solve, flexibility in managing work priorities, and a track record of meeting deadlines and targets.
* Safeguarding Level 2 qualification or a willingness to work towards it.
* Level 2 qualification in Maths and English.
