To support this next chapter, we’re looking for a performance-driven Marketing Manager who’s ready to take the reins and deliver results.This will initially be as mat leave cover, but the aim is to hit target and drive enough results to justify the permanent expansion of our marketing team.The RoleThis is a strategic and hands-on opportunity for a results-focused marketer who thrives in performance marketing conversion, website optimisation, and digital storytelling.You’ll lead B2C marketing with a focus on generating leads, owning our HubSpot CRM, and optimising the entire customer journey – from first click to close. You'll be supported by mentoring from our Fractional CMO (a former agency founder and Chief Strategy Officer) and collaborate with a network of freelancers and agencies.Expect the agility of a start-up with the support of a well-established 7-figure business.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & GrowthLead and deliver the marketing strategy to drive top-of-funnel lead generation and improve conversion.Own website optimisation and CRO testing (landing pages, funnels, user journey).Manage and optimise our HubSpot CRM and automation workflows to improve lead nurturing and sales alignment.Use analytics and reporting to evaluate performance and continuously iterate.Campaigns & ContentPlan and execute performance-driven campaigns across paid, organic, and email channels.Design and deliver high-converting lead magnets, quizzes, webinars, and nurture journeys.Oversee the content calendar across blog, email, and social channels.Ensure all messaging aligns with our brand voice and tone of empathy, authenticity, and impact.Update website.Leadership & CollaborationBrief and manage freelance designers, ad specialists, and developers.Collaborate with the leadership team on product launches, brand campaigns, and global expansion.Act as the brand champion, ensuring consistency and excellence across every touchpoint.Required Experience & SkillsEssential5+ years in digital/performance marketing with a strong track record in lead generation and conversion.Deep understanding of CRO, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making.Hands-on experience managing a CRM – ideally HubSpot – including automation, segmentation, and reporting.Confident using design tools (e.g. Canva, Figma) to create and optimise campaign assets.Excellent communicator with a balance of strategic thinking and creative execution.Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple projects with ease.DesirableExperience in SEO and content strategySkilled copywriter who understands audience psychology and conversionPassion for personal development, learning, or coachingBenefitsCompetitive salary (£40k–£50k) + annual performance bonus24 days holiday + bank holidays + 2 wellbeing daysFlexible hybrid working model£300 annual learning budget + free access to our transformational communication trainingA warm, values-driven team that lives kindness, authenticity, and empowermentA meaningful mission – your work directly helps people find their voice and change their lives
