The role: As a Children's Support Worker, you will be at the heart of providing care, encouragement, and development opportunities to children and young people. Working as part of a dedicated team, you'll deliver engaging activities, provide tailored support, and help each individual build confidence, independence, and meaningful connections.
Key duties:
1. Deliver creative workshops, play sessions, and activities tailored to children's needs on a 1:1 basis.
2. Support children in accessing community facilities and building social networks.
3. Act as a key worker, developing person-centred plans that empower each child to achieve their goals.
4. Assist with personal care, while promoting dignity and independence.
5. Conduct client needs assessments and reviews.
